    Morehouse College is proud to highlight the outstanding accomplishments of Dr. Nina Gilbert, Executive Director of the Center for Excellence in Education, Chair of the Education Department, and Assistant Professor. Her recent achievements reflect her unwavering dedication to educational equity, research, and teacher development.

    Adding to her impressive list of achievements, Dr. Gilbert was honored as a 2025 Faculty Research Fellow by the Center of Excellence for Educational Equity Research (CEER) at North Carolina A&T University. This prestigious fellowship recognizes her contributions to advancing research on educational equity and her commitment to closing opportunity gaps for historically marginalized students.
