    Morehouse College Admissions Visits Woodward Academy to Notify Early Decision Scholars

    Morehouse College's admissions team recently embarked on a journey to Woodward Academy in College Park, Georgia, delivering news that would forever alter the trajectories of seven exceptional senior scholars.

    These seven students, who eagerly applied through the early decision process, received the life-changing announcement that they had been admitted to Morehouse College. This surprise visit marks the beginning of an exciting chapter for these young men and solidifies their place at the House. 

    In a historic first, the Woodward Academy scholars were notified that they were the first students in the country to receive their 2024 admission notifications from Morehouse College. The air was charged with anticipation as the Morehouse College admissions team entered Woodward Academy. The team, comprised of enthusiastic individuals eager to share the good news, made their way to the scholars' classrooms. The surprise unveilings were met with a mix of emotions - shock, joy, and an overwhelming sense of accomplishment.

    With the official release of decision letters for all early decision applicants, Morehouse College welcomes its newly admitted students. The concept of brotherhood lies at the core of Morehouse College, and these young men are now poised to join a legacy of leadership, service, and excellence.
