The 5th Annual Morehouse College Human Rights Film Festival Releases Event Schedule with Captivating Community Dialogues

The 5th Annual Morehouse College Human Rights Film Festival (MCHRFF) today announced its highly anticipated event schedule from September 19 to 23, 2023, on the campus of Morehouse College. With a dedicated focus on fostering understanding of global issues, this year's festival will include community dialogue sessions to bring filmmakers face-to-face with audiences. The MCHRFF is expanding its reach as a platform for impactful storytelling by introducing community dialogue sessions," said Kara Walker, executive director of the MCHRFF. "This new initiative aims to encourage people to explore the themes portrayed on the screen and initiate conversations that have the potential to bring about transformative change in our community."
In addition to an array of riveting film screenings throughout the festival, below are a few critical screenings, screening blocks, post discussion and panel events with filmmakers and subject matter experts:
