    2024 Senior Profile: Meet International Student Chukwuebuka “Buka” Nwafor

    Chukwuebuka “Buka” Nwafor '24 is an economics major and mathematics minor from Lagos, Nigeria.

    As an international student, Buka made sure to stay connected to his roots by connecting with the Office of International Relations and serving as the Treasurer of the African Students Association. In addition to being the captain of the Maroon Tiger Basketball Team, Chukwuebuka leveraged his high business acumen to serve as the Vice President of the Economics Club, a member of the Scholars of Finance, and a member of the Morehouse Business Association.Upon graduation, Chukwuebuka plans to pursue a career in banking to help the economy of African countries.
