Maintaining a 3.46 GPA while managing the demands of rigorous training and competition schedules is no small feat. Brian’s success is the result of consistent hard work, time management, and an unwavering commitment to his goals. Balancing coursework in software engineering with early morning practices, travel for competitions, and team responsibilities, he has demonstrated that perseverance and discipline can lead to remarkable outcomes.

“Being able to compete at a high level while keeping my grades strong has always been important to me,” Brian says. “It’s about showing that student-athletes can succeed academically and athletically, and that the lessons we learn on the track can translate into every area of life.”

As Brian prepares to graduate, he leaves behind a legacy of excellence and resilience, inspiring his teammates and peers to strive for balance and achievement. Morehouse College celebrates his accomplishments and looks forward to seeing the impact he will make both beyond the classroom and the track.
